Compensation & Schedule:

  • Wage: $21.00 per hour
  • Hours: 40 to 60 hours per week
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Timing Includes:

  • Early morning, morning, day, evening, and night shifts
  • Weekend work
  • Overtime and on-call shifts
  • Flexible hours (08:00 to 18:00)
  • Start as soon as possible

Role Overview

As a General Farm Worker – Harvesting, you will be responsible for assisting with crop production and harvesting activities. This role requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

As a farm worker, your responsibilities include the following tasks:

Crop Production & Maintenance

  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
  • Apply fertilizers and spray crops
  • Weed and clean crops

Harvesting Operations

  • Harvest seedlings and mature crops
  • Assist in grain, corn, and wheat farming activities

Equipment & Worksite Maintenance

  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Clean work areas and tools

Reporting & Compliance

  • Write basic daily progress reports
  • Follow farm safety and operational procedures

Requirements

This job requires the following:

Education
